Our Mission

SURVIVOR SUPPORT NOW at 'A New Time' is dedicated to honoring the fallen and supporting the survivors of the October 7th terrorist massacre, The October 7th War in Israel and other horrific recent anti-Semitic attacks on Jewish communities such as the mass shooting on the first night of Chanukah, Dec. 14, 2025 on Bondi Beach, Australia, and the car ramming and stabbing attack in Manchester, UK on Yom Kippur, Oct. 2, 2025.  Our organization facilitates opportunities for extended stays in the US, providing a relief and recovery retreat with community support, fostering hope, healing and spiritual renewal for those affected.  We aim to allow survivors the time and space to heal with significant and needed distance from the physical proximity of the trauma they have endured.  We ARE in a new time and the time to help is now.  Please step up and join us in supporting these courageous survivors with our US based Host-a-Suvivor program.

We Stand with Israel and all survivors of anti-Semitic terrorism

There were approximately 4000-4400 attendees at the Nova Music Festival on Oct. 7th when upwards of 5,600 Hamas terrorists and Palestinian militants attacked in 3 waves.  They viciously slaughtered 378 young adults who were celebrating life, abducted and dragged 251 hostages into Gaza, killed 17 civilians at Zikim Beach including teenagers and 1 fisherman, brutally murdered 318 residents including men, women, 38 children and infants in their homes on 21 kibbutzim, and 379 IDF security forces with over 1200 people in total murdered that day, leaving another 40,000 displaced from their homes.  Survivors' accounts describe many people with gunshot wounds and shrapnel injuries, with several requiring extensive medical treatment and thousands still receiving psychological counseling. The total number of people injured across all the October 7th attacks in Israel is estimated at about 8,700.

Initiatives

Current Efforts

We are developing projects aimed at supporting survivors as they navigate their healing journeys. Below are some of our key initiatives.

The Host-a-Survivor Program

Individualized Community Support

Our Host-a-Survivor program includes individual US based hosting of survivors with access to Jewish community groups and various health and wellness resources to help them bring forward and rebuild their lives while also having access to local activities, community events and cultural scenes.

Community

Building Connections

We are creating a community framework where survivors can personally connect with and be supported by those who are empathetic and compassionate with deep ties and love for Israel, fostering a sense of wellness, belonging and support.
